338° was launched in 2024 by Tash Lindsay-Barker. From a family of Melbourne bakers, creating confectionery has been Tash’s life-long passion.
For 20 years this was confined to being a side-project while she worked in the creative industries in London and Singapore. After two years of constant innovation Tash has developed her initial range of 10 unique caramel flavours in the 338° Test Kitchen in St Kilda, Melbourne.
